Welcome to Rekspot (“Rekspot”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rekspot.com, our mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • Sign in with Apple

  • Firebase Authentication

Your use of those services is also subject to the respective provider’s terms and privacy policies.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Rekspot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Cheating or exploiting game systems
  • Using bots, scripts, automation, or hacks
  • Reverse engineering software
  • Disrupting servers or networks
  • Violating applicable laws
  • Harassing other users
  • Impersonating other persons
  • Uploading malicious code

6. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Games may contain virtual currency, digital goods, subscriptions, cosmetic items, downloadable content, or other virtual items.

Virtual items are licensed, not sold. Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refund requests must be directed to the applicable app store provider.

7. Advertising

The Services may display advertisements provided by:

  • Google AdMob
  • Unity Ads
  • Other advertising partners

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and applicable law.

8. User Content

If the Services permit user-generated content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Rekspot a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, artwork, trademarks, logos, text, audio, video, and related content are owned by Rekspot or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without liability.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

12. App Store Terms

If you download a game through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that Apple and Google are not responsible for support, maintenance, or operation of the Services.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms where applicable.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REKSPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rekspot and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
